We use coincidence degree arguments to prove the existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions of the equation
xiv(t) + a ...x (t) + bx¨(t) + g(t, x˙(t − τ )) + dx = p(t)
x(i) (0) = x(i) (2π), i = 0, 1, 2, 3.
